Promotion for the Canyons PDX

You might know KAISER+PATH for their wildly successful, gorgeous tall timber building in Portland - Carbon12. When I heard about their new project, The Canyons, I was ecstatic. Once again, KAISER+PATH is leading the industry with a socially and environmentally sustainable project.

The Canyons is designed to meet the needs of our diverse population - specifically those of aging folks and those living with disabilities. They have done this both through design choices and programming, like having an EMT staffed in the building 24/7 and free meal delivery from nearby New Seasons. I got a chance to tour and nerd out about this project recently - this building is truly inclusive! I can’t wait to see how this shifts the market toward more inclusive developer-driven projects.
